Tracking
We ship via DHL. All packages carry insurance and a tracking number.
Customs, duties & taxes
Additional customs duties, taxes and charges may be incurred for deliveries to countries outside the EU.
Delivery to Switzerland
Upon delivery to Switzerland, Swiss customs will charge the statutory Swiss VAT and any eventual customs duties that may arise. These costs will not be reimbursed.
Delivery to non-EU countries
Return Policy
You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your items. If you wish to return any items, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the returns form
Send us an e-mail to contact@mahoni.health to receive the returns form. Fill this form out and place it in the original package, along with the items you wish to return.
2. Send the goods you wish to return
Take the package to the nearest post office, and send it to Nuka GmbH, Pflugstr. 11, 10115 Berlin, Germany. Please note that we do not bear any return costs.
Returns must arrive within 14 days. Returns that reach us outside this period cannot be accepted.
Refund
We will refund your return to your original method of payment, within 10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
Please note: A full refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and unused. For damaged or used items we reserve the right to withhold the refund amount. The return of vouchers and e-vouchers is excluded.
